CEO’s greeting

Reflecting on where we stood at the time of our 2024 wrap‐up, it’s good to see that the first half of 2025 has started to pay off the hard work we put in last year. We’ve seen steady progress as we scale operations and move several pilot projects closer to production.
Throughout the first half year, we’ve carefully implemented adjustments based on our past learnings. These efforts are now beginning to show concrete results, whether through production setups or practical partnerships that bring real-world applications to our technology. We’re equally encouraged by industry recognitions and the positive feedback from early adopters, which validate our approach to ensuring a robust supply chain for essential raw materials.
As we transition in the coming months from pilots to more regular production, our focus will remain on responsible resource management, supporting a reliable and sustainable material supply chain that benefits everyone involved. This progress is not just about technology and numbers, it’s a shared journey with our dedicated team, trusted partners, clients, and all our stakeholders who continue to believe in our work.
First and foremost, thank you to our dedicated team. Your collaboration with our clients, who are at the forefront of critical raw material recovery and water management, drives us closer to achieving our broader goals.

Operational Highlights: First Half 2025
We continued our work with innovative water treatment and material recovery solutions across three primary domains: mining, process industries, runoff and wastewater. Here are selected highlights:

During the first half of 2025 we successfully completed or are still operating total 8 pilot projects across our key domains.

We are currently delivering two production setups and scaling up.

We have received globally significant awards and recognitions for our innovation in recovering critical raw materials and managing water.
- Early indicators suggest that about half of these pilots will transition into full production deliveries of our technology.
- Our ongoing collaboration with Neste is already showing promising signs. By combining smart production processes with sustainable solutions, the early results indicate notable efficiency gains.
- Our newest partnership with Hyxo has integrated our advanced 4D Scavenger® technology into their service portfolio. Hyxo’s extensive experience in water treatment for industrial and municipal clients perfectly complements our innovative approach to selective recovery of dissolved materials, a win for circular economy practices.
- We were proud to win the Resource Recovery New Business Award at the International Water Association Resource Recovery Conference at “De Harmonie” in the Netherlands. This acknowledgment reinforces the business potential of smart resource recovery and sustainable water management.
- Participation in the UpLink Mining the Unmined Challenge has put us among Europe’s top innovators. Our 4D Scavenger® technology was featured prominently, strengthening our position as leaders in circular economy and resource recovery.
- Delivering a 4D Scavenger® container as part of the iMERMAID EU project, a consortium of 26 partners addressing marine pollution.
- Partnering with 3D Formtech to advance the role of 3D printing in recycling material waste.
Future Outlook
As we move towards the latter half of 2025, our focus will remain on scaling up our customer projects. With around half of our current pilots expected to step into production phases, we’re gearing up to deliver solid customer and stakeholder value.
Our research and development efforts, fueled by what we’ve learned in the past year, position us to introduce new technical improvements and streamlined processes during the fall.
Our continued partnerships with major industry players like Neste, Hyxo, 3D Formtech, or initiatives such as iMERMAID provide the framework to strengthen our impact for 2026.
The next stage is all about research and development, continuing the growth, executing project plans and optimizing our operational capabilities. We are ensuring that every step we take supports the circular economy.
Thank you
We appreciate the ongoing trust and collaboration from our partners, clients, investors, and team members. Together, we are not just advancing recovery of critical raw materials and treatment of water, instead we are paving the way for a balanced future where industrial growth coexists with responsible resource management.
