The year 2025 clearly demonstrated that our long-term commitment and strategic focus on developing and commercializing 4DS™ technology are delivering concrete results. Over the past year, we made significant progress in both technology and operations, and strengthened our position as an expert in the separation of dissolved materials.
This development would not have been possible without the trust of our customers, partners, and investors. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
The year also reinforced our view that industrial process and wastewater streams are a significant, yet still underutilized, source of critical raw materials. Our 4DS™ technology helps our customers unlock this potential – transforming water treatment from a cost center into a value-generating part of industrial processes. At the same time, it improves the efficiency of our customers’ processes and supports the sustainable use of natural resources.

Higlights of 2025
The year 2025 was a period of significant development and strengthening of the commercial foundation for Weeefiner. We entered into several strategically important partnerships and equipment agreements, the effects of which will be reflected as growth in 2026. At the same time, we successfully advanced pilot projects and equipment deliveries, and delivered the first industrial-scale system fully based on 4DS™ technology to a customer.
In terms of production and technology, we made major strides in scalability. We significantly increased production capacity and developed solutions that enable the treatment of increasingly larger flow volumes. At the same time, we improved production efficiency and increased the use of recycled materials, which significantly reduced CO₂ emissions from production.
During the year, we also strengthened our international position. We secured funding to support growth and technology development, as well as recognitions that demonstrate the growing global relevance of our solutions. Our expanded partner network and accumulated references provide a strong foundation for the next phase of growth.

Focus areas for 2026
We will continue to drive sustainable transformation with determination, challenging traditional water treatment models by offering solutions that are sustainable from both environmental and economic perspectives.
In 2026, we will focus in particular on the recovery of critical raw materials, such as copper, in the metals and mining industries. At the same time, we will continue to provide our solutions to industrial processes where conventional water treatment methods are insufficient or where highly selective solutions are required to manage impurities in process water.
Our strategic objective is to accelerate growth by scaling up production and technology, advancing international expansion, and securing funding to support this growth. Our goal is to build a leading international expert position in the selective and efficient separation of dissolved metals—and, through this, help our customers unlock the full potential of their processes.
