The program highlights the most promising mining industry innovations, and this year more than 130 companies from around the world took part.
Founders Factory and Hitachi Construction Machinery launched the LANDCROS Innovation Studios Mining Challenge to identify leading global startups developing breakthrough technologies across three strategic themes:
- Smarter machines: automation, operator support, energy efficiency
- Smarter mine sites: connected processes, real-time data, decision‑making layers
- Low‑impact and sustainable mining: water, emissions, circular economy, and reduced environmental footprint
Weeefiner’s technology was selected in the sustainable mining category. Being chosen underscores the growing need for sustainable solutions in the mining sector and recognizes Weeefiner’s role as a pioneer in this transformation.
